With the recently-announced state of emergency for Ontario, you might be wondering where things stand with your home renovation. As an essential service, we're here to help, whatever your needs. All our team members follow all health and safety best practices. They have all been fully briefed on all necessary health measures for onsite visits. Beyond that, we encourage virtual tours and phone meetings where possible. Your health comes first.

The health and safety of our workers and customers in our workplace is our priority. All contractors and trades must confirm that they have agreed to the following terms:

1. They aren’t displaying any COVID-19 symptoms.

2. They haven’t come into contact with anyone experiencing COVID symptoms, who have tested positive in a COVID test, or who are waiting for the results of a test.

3. They haven’t recently travelled outside Canada (including the US) or been in close contact with someone who has.

4. They have viewed the property online first before an in-person visit.

5. They will respect physical distancing guidelines of 2m / 6 ft.

6. They will wash and sanitize their hands prior to entering the home and wear masks throughout the visit.

7. They will space out contractors and limit the number of people at each location to one trade at a time, limited to the contract parties.

We are taking preventative steps including our request that if you have flu or cold-like symptoms (e.g. cough, shortness of breath, fever), have recently travelled internationally or have been on a cruise; we respectfully ask you not to attend in-person meetings. We will arrange an audio or video conference.
